Crafted in Jerez, Spain, La Copa Vermouth revives a González Byass family recipe from 1896, bringing back the authentic style of Andalusian vermouth made from Sherry wines. Using young Fino and rich Cream soleras, each expression blends depth, freshness, and a signature bittersweet balance.
Rooted in González Byass archives from 1906, La Copa Rojo blends aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez with wormwood, clove, orange peel and cinnamon.
Available in a 75cl bottle, at 15.5% alc/vol.
TASTING NOTES
Warm notes of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange peel, with a long, complex finish. Smooth, spiced and naturally sweet, it shows an unmistakable Jerez character. Enjoy well chilled, over ice, or as a refined base for premium cocktails.
