Isle of Bute Gorse Gin is a small-batch Scottish gin distilled on the Isle of Bute. The gin is made using hand-picked gorse flowers from the Mount Stuart Estate. It’s distilled in the heart of Rothesay using a traditional copper still and a selection of key botanicals, including gorse flowers, juniper, grains of paradise, vanilla, and coconut. The result is a gin with a floral nose, hints of coconut, and vanilla.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 43% abv.
