Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured limited edition has been matured for a minimum of five years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks previously used by Bodega José y Miguel Martin, Jerez, Spain. This is a vatting of 61 casks which has produced 23,000 bottles.

Brown sugar and malty sweetness, orange peel, citrus, dark chocolate and waves of sherry richness.

Chocolate coated raisins, oak smoke, mixed spices and lasting PX sweetness.
