The vinification process involves a slight maceration and extraction of colour and aromas from the grape skins, followed by pressing before fermentation. This slow, continuous process takes place in stainless-steel vats at low and controlled temperatures (16-18°C) to maintain a fresh and aromatic style. Fermentation is interrupted by adding grape brandy, creating a fortified wine. This is achieved by blending wines of varying maturation levels and origins. The resulting blend is aged in stainless steel and wood for a minimum of three years, developing a rich and balanced flavour.

75cl at 19.5% alc/vol.

TASTING NOTES

Crystalline citrine colour with straw tones. Presents an exuberant nose of tropical fruits well combined with attractive floral notes. Smooth in the taste, dry, with a great structure and excellent balance.

Serving Suggestions

An involving and refreshing option to start any meal. Served fresh or with ice, it is perfect with salted almonds and olives. Combines deliciously with light appetizers, like a salad with strawberries and spinach or a velvety salmon soufflé. The multiplicity of possible harmonies is superb, having the consumer the pleasure to go in search of new flavours.
Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10ºC.
