Hand-picked at the perfect time, the grapes are destemmed crushed and transformed into wine through careful maceration. This process involves constant churning during fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30°C. The goal is to achieve the ideal sweetness. Grape brandy is then added to create the final fortified wine. This blend of wines from different harvests, matured in stainless steel and wood for a minimum of three years, results in a rich aromatic wine with the perfect sweetness.
