This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled at Cameronbridge Distillery in 2009 and spent the next 16 years maturing in a combination of 1st and 2nd fill Oloroso Sherry Butts. Signatory have not used chill filtration or added colouring to this bottling, and have bottled it at an incredible cask strength of 57.1%abv.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Dark caramel, dried fruits, and hints of roasted nuts.
TASTE
Rich toffee, spiced oak, and chocolate-covered raisins, with underlying vanilla sweetness.
FINISH
Long and warming, with lingering sherry spice and toasted almonds.
