A small-batch Craigellachie distilled in 2009 and matured for 16 years in first-fill bourbon barrels. Signatory Vintage bottled the whisky in June 2026 at 46% ABV for the relaunched Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The bourbon casks add vanilla, honey, orchard fruit, and gentle spice while leaving Craigellachie’s robust, waxy, and subtly savoury spirit firmly in charge.
