This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled at Port Dundas in August 2008 and spent the next 16 years maturing in a pair of second-fill oloroso sherry butts, giving this whisky a rich, chocolatey yet fruity character. The casks were cracked open by Signatory in December 2024, independently bottling up the whisky without added colour or chill filtration.
The Port Dundas Distillery closed in 2011 and has since been demolished.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 46% abv.
