A Collection of Curious Casks welcomes The Balvenie on a southern adventure to Andalusia. This 12-year-old Speyside single malt has matured in European oak casks previously seasoned with sweet wine from Montilla, a Spanish town renowned for its luscious dessert wines.
The whisky builds on Balvenie’s signature honey, vanilla and oak flavours, adding layers of dried apricot, candy sweetness and a gentle spice from the Montilla influence. Bottled at 47.3% abv, it offers extra depth and presence without overpowering its elegant balance.
