The Tomatin 12 Year Old Sherry Cask, is infused with rich, decadent flavours reminiscent of chocolate fudge and dried fruits, all imparted through its 12-year maturation in sherry casks.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 40% abv.

APPEARANCE
Mahogany
NOSE
Caramelised apple and pear lead, balanced with a wonderful mix of sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather.
TASTE
Deeper on the palate with notes of chocolate fudge and manuka honey, along with dried fruit and nut.
FINISH
The finish is warm and round with a sweet, cinnamon spice.
