This beautiful single cask bottling has come from the Ballindalloch distillery. Specifically chosen by Guy Macpherson-Grant - a custodian of Ballindalloch - for both the UK and Hong Kong market. Cask number 283 is an Oloroso Sherry Butt which was originally filled on the 4th June 2015 and bottled on the 1st July 2026, yielding 630 bottles.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 61.5% abv. Non chill-filtered, natural colour.
