Nc’nean single malt whisky is unpeated and crafted from organic Scottish barley. The natural yields and rich soils of the barley contribute to its depth of flavour. Gentle fermentation and distillation highlight the delicate, fruity notes in the spirit. Matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels, along with a small amount of sherry casks, the whisky develops its signature body and sweetness. This whisky makes a significant impression with its minimal environmental impact. Every bottle is certified organic, produced in the verified net zero distillery, and bottled in a 100% recycled glass bottle.
