This single grain Scotch whisky from Port Dundas joins the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from independent bottler Signatory. It was distilled in 2010, then spent the next 15 years maturing in a selection of first-fill sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels before bottling without added colour or chill filtration. The Port Dundas Distillery closed in 2011 and has since been demolished.
Available in a 700ml bottle, at 46% abv.

TASTING NOTES
Expect notes of vanilla cream, light toffee, orchard fruit, and a gentle hint of dried cherry from the sherry wood, all underpinned by the smooth, silky texture characteristic of quality grain Scotch.
