Watson's Demerara Rum, is a blend of dark rums that have been fully matured in oak casks. Demerara is a distinctive blend of rums exclusively from Guyana. The rum is matured in Guyana, but final blending and bottling is done in Scotland by the company that owns the brand. The result is a rum that is full of character and flavour.
70cl at 40% alc/vol.
TASTING NOTES
The profile is mostly cocoa (not chocolate as it is slightly bitter) but it has a fruity taste as well. A little bit of raisin or currants. In terms of ageing it is not know how long that has spent in the cask, however it doesn’t exhibit any oakiness which can be common in some older Demerara rum’s.

Good enough to drink neat or with cola and some ice.
