As sherry is such an important part of the whisky-making process at Port of Leith Distillery, the folks over there have decided to spotlight the delicious oloroso sherry used to season its casks. Sourced from Bodegas Bodegas Barón, a sherry producer with over four centuries of history, this bottling of oloroso is deliciously dry, and full of fruit, and nutty spices.
Available in a 750ml bottle, at 19% abv.

TASTING NOTES
This Oloroso is bursting with dried fruits and complex oak, balanced with sweetness and hints of spice.
